Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for IT, healthcare, and industrial clients
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and technical interviews
- Collaborate with clients to define staffing requirements and position specifications
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the onboarding process
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment
- Proven track record of placing technical and specialized roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with reliable transportation
