- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct advanced candidate assessments and technical screenings
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic workforce solutions
- Maintain ATS compliance and generate weekly performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven success in placing technical roles (engineers, data scientists)
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
