Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse full-time roles using ATS and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Develop strategic client relationships to understand hiring needs and position KC Elite as the staffing partner of choice
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments ensuring cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate pipeline metrics and weekly reporting for stakeholder reviews
- Train junior recruiters on best practices in candidate engagement and client management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement KPIs with demonstrated success in technical or healthcare recruiting
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and social recruiting platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid Missouri driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data visualization tools
