Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors using Boolean searches and CRM tools
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match top-tier talent with organizational culture
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine recruitment methodologies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record in Florida market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume placements in competitive industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
