Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and talent mapping
- Develop deep client relationships by understanding organizational culture and staffing needs
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including technical evaluations and behavioral interviews
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting
- Present strategic staffing solutions to clients including market analysis and compensation benchmarking
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing technical and non-technical talent across multiple industries
- Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional client meetings
