Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruitment strategies and ATS platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative partnership development
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across multiple industries
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Lead candidate interviews and assessments while providing exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative recruitment campaigns
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience with staffing agencies or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven success in placing candidates in technical, healthcare, or creative roles
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and niche job boards
- Strong client management skills with track record of building strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Relevant industry certifications (CPSR, CTS) preferred
