Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
- Build strategic partnerships with 15+ key clients across Wichita's industrial corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and executive roles ($60K-$120K salary range)
- Develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality control
- Analyze market data to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of closing 50+ placements annually
- Expert knowledge of Wichita's talent market and key industry players
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills and executive presence
