Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent and contract roles using advanced recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key industry verticals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience with Bay Area clients
- Proven track record of closing high-volume roles in competitive markets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Strong network of tech, healthcare, and finance professionals in Oakland
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ATS certification (CPC or CSP) preferred
