Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 high-value client accounts across NYC
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with 95% candidate satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with clients to define role requirements and optimize hiring processes
- Maintain 95% fill rate for mid-to-senior level positions in competitive markets
- Leverage ATS to track metrics and improve conversion funnels by 15% quarterly
- Train junior recruiters on sourcing strategies and client relationship management
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with NYC market expertise
- Proven track record placing candidates in tech, finance, or healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Bullhorn ATS
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ placements at $100K+ salary levels
- Ability to travel 2-3 monthly client meetings across Manhattan/Brooklyn
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
