Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer negotiation with 15+ active clients monthly
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles including AI specialists and quantitative analysts
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with C-suite stakeholders to align candidate expectations
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client partnership approaches
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction rate through proactive communication and candidate quality assurance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with tech/finance specialization
- Proven track record of placing candidates in director-level+ positions
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Strong network of 500+ active candidates in NYC's competitive talent market
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CPSR or SHRM-SCP preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated offer acceptance rates above industry average
