Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for maximum efficiency
- Represent our agency at local industry networking events and job fairs
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with technical/creative placements
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly KPIs for placements and revenue
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with all stake levels
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Valid California driver's license for local client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
