Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain accurate ATS data and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and client management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in technical recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
