Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer processes
- Cultivate lasting relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics for data-driven decisions
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience within a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, clinical, or executive roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong negotiation skills with contract management experience
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client meetings
