Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients in Columbus metro area
- Develop innovative talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and specialized roles
- Leverage CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across IT, healthcare, or manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client visits
