Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for technical and industrial clients across Wichita and surrounding areas
- Develop strategic talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and digital outreach
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal placements
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Forge deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving workforce needs
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in high-volume recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Proven track record in technical, engineering, or industrial recruitment
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessment
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation skills with placement rates exceeding 80%
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
