Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for technical and executive roles across San Diego's top industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in San Diego market
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in tech/biotech sectors
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with 90%+ offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment
