Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates for Portland-based clients in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in our ATS and generate weekly performance reports
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical or agency recruitment experience with a proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in Portland's competitive market
- Strong knowledge of Portland's tech, healthcare, and finance industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements with Portland-based companies
