Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical and executive roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across healthcare, finance, and IT sectors
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and behavioral interviews
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring requirements and job specifications
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards for passive candidate sourcing
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate setting
- Proven success placing candidates in technical or executive roles
- Expert knowledge of Philadelphia's job market and industry networks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a team environment
