Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across technical and professional roles using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ corporate clients including Bank of America, Duke Energy, and Red Hat
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions in competitive markets
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines through personalized engagement and career consultation
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client requirements
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic talent insights
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rating through exceptional communication and transparency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expert knowledge of North Carolina talent markets, especially Charlotte's tech and financial sectors
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM experience (Salesforce)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to place candidates at director level
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
- Strong network of industry contacts and passive candidate sourcing capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
