Responsibilities

  • Source and engage high-caliber candidates across technical and professional roles using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ corporate clients including Bank of America, Duke Energy, and Red Hat
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions in competitive markets
  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines through personalized engagement and career consultation
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client requirements
  • Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic talent insights

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
