Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients across finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring executives to understand staffing needs
- Source and engage top-tier candidates using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage recruitment pipeline through our proprietary ATS, ensuring 95% fill rate targets
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and position strategies
- Lead recruitment campaigns for high-volume roles while maintaining quality standards
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and ethical recruitment standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven success placing candidates in C-suite, VP, and senior specialist roles
- Expert knowledge of NYC talent landscape across finance, tech, and healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent searches with precision
