Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Analyze market trends and provide competitive intelligence to clients
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Nashville's job market and key industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for high-stakes placements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
