Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical and executive roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from intake to placement
- Develop deep client relationships through strategic account management
- Drive sales growth by meeting quarterly placement targets
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems for talent discovery
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance
- Optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven placement record
- Expertise in technical roles (IT, engineering, data science) preferred
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrable revenue generation history
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
