Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse industry clients across Illinois
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and market positioning
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve candidate quality
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at industry events and professional networking functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with staffing agencies
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Illinois' key industries (tech, finance, healthcare)
- Expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
