Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using ATS platforms and networking strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and job specifications
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer acceptance to onboarding
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to provide strategic insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- SHRM-SCP or CSCP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish required due to El Paso's bilingual market
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
