Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment management including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in IT, healthcare, and engineering roles
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques
- Partner with clients to define hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate experiences from initial contact through onboarding with personalized communication
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing technical and professional roles in Albuquerque market
- Expertise in candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with executive-level candidates
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of New Mexico's labor market and industry landscape
