Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries (Healthcare, IT, Logistics)
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts simultaneously
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments aligned with client culture-fit requirements
- Develop strategic staffing solutions to address urgent client hiring needs
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) for candidate tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with business development team to enhance client partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced staffing environments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
