Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for C-suite, tech, and healthcare roles with 15+ weekly placements
- Develop strategic talent pipelines using Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Manage client relationships through quarterly business reviews and contract negotiations
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance, diversity sourcing, and ATS optimization
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and talent scarcity
- Implement data-driven recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- Lead diversity initiatives to expand candidate pools across underrepresented communities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven track record of high-volume placements
- Expertise in niche markets (healthcare IT, FinTech, or executive search)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday) with custom reporting capabilities
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $250K+ contract management experience
- Portfolio showcasing successful diversity hiring initiatives
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and industry events
- Strong understanding of EEOC compliance and OFCCP regulations
