Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for tech, healthcare, and finance roles
- Leverage Boolean sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews using structured assessment frameworks
- Build and nurture client relationships through weekly progress updates
- Manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS systems
- Present market intelligence reports to clients quarterly
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements/month
- Expert-level proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse/Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment metrics analysis
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client visits
