Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, Healthcare, and Finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent client assignments
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate hiring managers
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to track metrics and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Illinois
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and client negotiation
- Present innovative staffing solutions to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of high-volume staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in niche markets (IT/Healthcare preferred)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional client visits
