Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for permanent/placement roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active clients monthly
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Present shortlists with detailed candidate analytics and market insights
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven success placing technical or specialized healthcare roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong data literacy with recruitment metrics analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license for client meetings
