Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Develop strategic recruitment plans and execute targeted sourcing campaigns
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs including placements and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
