Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent positions across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment pipelines and improve placement metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions to expand our talent network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or specialized roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with executive-level client experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and willingness for occasional statewide travel
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
