Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent across SF's innovation ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract placements
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Leverage ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever) for pipeline management
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation
Qualifications
- 3+ years tech recruitment experience in SF Bay Area
- Proven track record placing software engineers, PMs, and designers
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of SF tech compensation structures
- Ability to manage high-volume concurrent searches
- Client-facing presentation and negotiation skills
