Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier passive candidates across technical and professional domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and executive-level placements
- Develop strategic talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry events
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to optimize candidate experience and placement efficiency
- Drive team performance through mentorship and collaborative recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Advanced sourcing skills with demonstrated success in passive candidate engagement
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR recruitment credentials
