Responsibilities

- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and niche networking
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contract terms with Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing our ATS for 30% faster placements
- Analyze market trends to position clients as industry talent leaders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven $1M+ billing history
- Expertise in niche markets: AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Biotech preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever) with data-driven reporting skills
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification required
- Strong portfolio of 50+ placements in competitive markets
