Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT, healthcare, and finance positions across PA
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Manage client relationships, conducting needs analysis and service delivery reviews
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS metrics and market trends
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Mentor junior recruiters on compliance and best practices
- Partner with business development to identify new market opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with PA market expertise
- Proven track record of placing high-skill professionals ($60k+ roles)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong understanding of PA labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics
- Valid driver's license for client visits across Eastern PA
