Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Relevant HR certification (SPHR, CSCP) preferred
