Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in permanent and contract roles
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers across key industries
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide strategic consulting to clients
- Maintain accurate CRM data and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency recruitment experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in healthcare, IT, or finance staffing strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or SHRM-SCP) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making approach
