Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ high-priority roles simultaneously
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers at MGM Resorts, Zappos, and City of Las Vegas
- Execute data-driven sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and AI tools
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Negotiate competitive offers and close candidates with 95% acceptance rate
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience in Las Vegas market
- Expert knowledge of Nevada labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of placing candidates in hospitality, tech, or healthcare
- Advanced ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 90% offer-to-join ratio
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification highly desirable
