Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates for permanent/temporary roles across technology, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through strategic account management
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Leverage cutting-edge recruitment technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain 100% compliance with EEOC and Illinois labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with measurable results
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license with reliable transportation
