Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop deep partnerships with 15-20 key client companies in Columbus
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to placement
- Execute data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS tools
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
