Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in tech, creative, and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups and established Austin enterprises
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competence
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide strategic consulting to clients
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience with 3+ years in Austin's tech/creative markets
- Proven success placing specialized roles including software engineers, UX designers, and product managers
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Strong negotiation skills with history of closing 90%+ of qualified candidates
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 100+ successful placements in the last 24 months
