Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for permanent placements across DC's key industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ hiring organizations
- Source and engage top-tier talent through advanced sourcing techniques
- Lead client negotiations and manage placement contracts
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume corporate/staffing recruitment
- Proven track record placing technical, finance, or government roles
- Expertise in Boolean search and CRM systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong DC professional network with 500+ active connections
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with placement metrics expertise
