Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent client assignments across diverse industries
- Develop deep client relationships through weekly business reviews and strategic talent planning
- Present qualified candidates with compelling interview preparation packages
- Conduct market analysis to position competitive compensation packages
- Maintain 95%+ candidate placement satisfaction metrics
- Train junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network of candidates in Virginia Beach or Hampton Roads region
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 80%+ offer acceptance rate
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
