- Maintain ATS compliance and candidate relationship management
- Lead recruitment initiatives for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Collaborate with sales team to align staffing solutions with client needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in staffing agencies
- Proven success placing candidates in San Antonio's key industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong network of local tech, healthcare, and manufacturing talent
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
