Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse industries including technology, healthcare, and financial services
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and digital recruitment channels
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews to ensure cultural fit and technical competency
- Manage client relationships, providing consultative guidance on market trends and talent acquisition best practices
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of agency recruitment methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in agency or corporate staffing environments
- Proven success in placing candidates across technical, clinical, and executive roles
- Expert knowledge of Pennsylvania labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage stakeholder expectations
- SHRM-SCP or CERM certification strongly preferred
