Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key hiring managers at premier NYC organizations
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic insights to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics in our ATS platform
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in NYC's competitive market (finance/tech preferred)
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and major recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making experience
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Deep understanding of NYC's talent landscape and emerging industry trends
