Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-value clients using AI-powered sourcing platforms
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with 15+ key industry clients
- Develop innovative talent attraction campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining a personal placement quota of 15-20/month
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives aligned with client DEI goals
- Manage CRM pipeline with 95%+ data accuracy and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven placement success
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and Boolean sourcing
- Strong network of 500+ active candidates in Chicago/Northwest Indiana
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $500K+ annual contract management experience
