Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse client assignments across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and talent pipelines to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics in our ATS system
- Represent Premier Staffing Solutions at local networking events and job fairs
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team training initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical or executive recruitment
- Strong network of professional contacts in Sacramento's business community
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume assignments simultaneously
- Professional certification (CPSR, CTS, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
