Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ high-demand client accounts
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, ATS, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments using competency frameworks
- Collaborate with clients to refine job requirements and optimize placement success rates
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements in 12-month period
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong network of Ohio-based tech and healthcare professionals
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics analysis
